Terms of Service

Last updated: 9 May 2026
Note: these are placeholder terms during stocura’s soft-launch period. Final legal terms will replace this text before billing begins.

By using stocura you agree to use the service in good faith for the purpose of inventory management for your business, and to not attempt to disrupt the service for other customers.

1. Service description

stocura is software-as-a-service for inventory management, integrating with Cin7 Core (DEAR) and other third-party systems. We provide reorder forecasting, stock alerts, and related inventory tools.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating your account, and you are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you provide to or generate within stocura, including product catalogues, stock levels, supplier information, and historical movement data. We process this data only to provide the service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Third-party integrations

stocura connects to Cin7 Core (DEAR) and may connect to additional third-party services. You are responsible for maintaining valid API credentials for those services. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or data losses caused by third-party providers.

5. Pricing and billing

During the soft-launch period, stocura is provided free of charge. We will provide at least 30 days’ written notice before introducing any paid plans, and you will not be billed without express agreement.

6. Acceptable use

You may not: (a) use the service to violate any law; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to other tenants’ data; (c) reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code; (d) use the service to send unsolicited messages.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but provide no formal uptime guarantee during the soft-launch period. We may perform maintenance or take the service offline temporarily without notice.

8. Termination

You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, you may export your data; after a reasonable period we may delete it.

9. Liability

stocura is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the preceding 12 months (which during soft-launch is zero).

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active customers via email of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
